How much does a virtual assistant cost?
It depends on the hours and the work. You get a fixed quote after our free call.
What time zone do you work in?
Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 Pacific time. I am online when your workday starts.
Which tools do you use?
HubSpot, Zoho, ClickUp, Trello, AppFolio, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. If you use something else, I learn it fast.
How do we communicate?
Email, WhatsApp, Slack or your own system. You get a short update at the end of each day.
Can I start small?
Yes. Many clients start with one task, like inbox or CRM cleanup, then add more once they see results.
Is my business data safe?
I follow your access rules, use the logins you give me and never share client data.
